Retail Customers For retail customers, a minimum order value of AUD$20 is required for online purchases. All prices quoted on the website include GST and are in Australian dollars.
Wholesale Customers For wholesale orders, we do require a copy of your ABN number and business registration. Orders and Delivery All orders within Australia are sent via Express Post. Orders placed before 11am via credit card will be despatched that day and will arrive at most destinations in Australia within 24 hours.
Delivery Charges A flat rate delivery charge of $10.00 is made for orders within Australia and New Zealand. All international orders attract a standard AUD$10.00 postage and handling fee plus an insurance charge of AUD$5.00. Allow five working days for postage of overseas orders.
Product Variation Some items shown on this website are hand made or hand dyed. For this reason items may vary slightly in shade of colour, shape and size. GBI cannot guarantee exact matches to previous deliveries.
Photographic Representation Due to photographic representation, exact bead colour matches are not always possible.
Bead Availability GBI endeavours to maintain the same range of stock, but this is not always possible due to demand on popular stock items and availability from our supplier. Items may be discontinued without notice. If repeat orders of the same beads are required please consult GBI staff for future availability.
Returns Please make your selections carefully. GBI will not refund purchases as a result of a change of mind. Exchanges for change of mind purchases will only be considered at the manager's discretion within five working days from delivery. Any cost incurred for returned products will be at the customer's expense and any product returned must be in the same condition as the original delivery.
Faulty stock Where stock is deemed to be faulty, GBI will replace the stock or refund to the same value of item.
Price Changes GBI endeavours to keep prices consistent throughout its online store but reserves the right to change prices without notice. If, as the result of a price change, a customer order is higher than the original amount displayed on the website, the customer will be contacted as per the details of the order.
VIP membership GBI issues VIP memberships to retail customers at its discretion. VIP membership discounts cannot be used in combination with any other discount promotions.
Disputes Where a dispute arises, GBI promises that its staff will act fairly and ethically and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Changes to Terms & Conditions From time to time, GBI may need to change the Terms & Conditions of this web page. Customers will be notified that the Terms & Conditions have changed on the order form before a purchase is finalised.
